Where are you located?

We are located at 35 East Sumner Street, Hartford, WI 53027, inside the old Hartford Post Office.

What are your hours?

We are open from 9am-8pm Monday, 9am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, and 9am to 1pm Saturdays.

When is the best time to call?

The best time to call to reach one of our customer service staff is in the late morning or afternoon. If you wish to save time, feel free to check out the other sections of our FAQ. Also, please be sure to be in front of your computer with it turned on for faster service. Many times customers will call us from work and we might be able to see part of your connection (if you're connected at home at the time) from the office we can not assist you in repairing your connection unless you are in front of your computer at the time.
