Support - Email
Here you will find the most common resolutions to problems with your email. Problem: My email is taking to long to download. When I stop it and re-connect it downloads all the stuff I already had over and over again. Resolution: Go to http://webmail.netwurx.net and log in with your full user ID and password. What has happened is there is a piece of email that is too large to download (of course you do have the option to just wait for it to download in your email client but sometimes this can just take too long) locate the email that contains the large attachment. (you should be able to see the file size to the right of the screen) place a checkmark to the left of the email in question and delete it by clicking the red button at the top. (Circle with the line through it) you can also remove all the email you have already downloaded from here. Once complete log out and reboot your computer. Try again things should be much better.
Problem: Email is missing. People are telling me they are emailing me but I never receive the mail. Resolution #1: There are a few resolutions to this problem. Always check your spam filters by logging into http://nospam.netwurx.net with your full email address and password. From here you will see any email being quarantined for you. If you locate something you want to keep you can select the box to the left of it and click whitelist. That will delivered the email to your email account and whitelist the user so they do not get trapped in the future. Resolution #2: If there is nothing in the spam filters check your local filters. Your email client has filters that tell the client to move certain pieces of mail to certain folders or even delete the email. Check every folder for the piece of email your looking for. If you find it is being moved to another folder in your client, locate the email clients filter and remove the rules in there. Resolution #3: If you still cannot locate the email in question, make sure your own local spam filters are not causing the problem. Some mail clients such as Thunderbird have spam filters you can setup in them that offer an additional level of filtering for you. Also some virus scanners also come with spam filters such as McAfee. These can sometimes trap the email you are looking for. Resolution #4: Ask the person that is sending you the email if they ever get it returned. If so, it will say why in the return, sometimes the reason can be difficult to understand, if you can send that reason to us, or even google it, you should be able to find the answer. Next step: When all else fails, email
