I have finally completed adding the new models to my site. The Items in my "Private Reserves" do not have photos yet, but they are coming. If you are interested in any right away (Very limited quantities0, Write me and I will send you a photo and description. Note that all new items are noted as such next to the check out button. I have also noted the items that have been restocked. I did receive a very small quantity of the ABC USS Arizona models. This is a find build and wonderful piece of American history. Please let me know if you find bad links and I will do what I can to fix and get your order processed.

I have updated the design of the ABC section of my web site. This area was getting too congested. I hope you all like it and it is easier to find items in. I have new models that I am working at adding to the web site. Please be patient and I will get them updated as soon as possible.

ABC SUBSCRIPTION NEWS!!!!

The ABC subscription price is in and due to higher exhcange rates it is a bit high this year. The price if paid using check or money order is $175.00 (3,850 CZK) . I have to collect all information and payments by the end of the month (11/31) if you want in on the subscription. If you are ordering the subscription, e-mail me your mailing address (proofread well as no corrections can be made after order is placed), and let me know how you will pay. I will accept payment via paypal but have to charge you for the service fee I get charged if you select this method of payment. I do not make money for this and can not affort to cover the fees. This is the only time I will offer these subscriptions until next year.

I have recently received a new order from the Czech Republic and am working at getting them into my web site. I am working long hours at work (70+ per week) and have yet found the time to add them. Please check back often I am hoping to get them added before Thanksgiving (just in time for Christmas gifts :o}). If you are looking for anything specific, drop me a note and I will check what I have. I do have many restocks of ABC models and a number of new ones also.

Fall is upon us and Papermodelworld has moved. This has been abusy year for us. I have changed jobs, moved to another state and had the second of three children come of age. We have relocated to :

The town is very nice, small and comfortable. Our population is approximately 2000. I am sure that the post office will come to hate me just like my last did. In celebration of settling into my new job and new house, we will be putting together a "moving sale". This is still in the planning stage so check back to the site often. We are now back to processing orders on a daily basis so do not hesitate in ordering.

I was sad to hear that Lighthouse Models is closing their doors and that Paper Model International is up for sale. It is a sad state on the status of papermodeling in the USA. The advent of inexpensive color copiers and internet posting of scans has made Piracy rampant and I am afraid will eventually shut down all retailers. Designers are already hiking their prices as they are no longer guaranteed the long term market for their hard labor. PLEASE DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THIS IMMORAL AND UNJUST PRACTICE. Paper models have been around for centuries and have advanced greatly in the past few decades. Lets keep this business and this form of ART going for our children and grandchildren. Please take the time to also thank the many fine designers who offer they works for free on the internet. They contribute greatly to the hobby and advance this art form with every model they offer.

ABC Magazine orders will be taken soon also. I will send reminder notices to all current subscription holders. IF you wish to order a subscription, e-mail me and I will send you the details. The price has not been set yet. This varies every year with the changing cost of shipping and the fluctuation between the USD and the CZK (check currency). I am placing another order with my Czech supplier and will be adding more models to my site around Christmas.

Spring is in the air and all is well with Papermodelworld. I have taken a new job that will keep me away from home during the weeks. My daughter-in-law "Tehra" has been hired and is helping me keep up with all the orders. We are processing all orders on the weekends for Monday/Tuesday shipments. Well it has taken me weeks, but I have finally completed the update to the web site. Most (hopefully all) of the bad links are repaired and I have added over 200 new models.
